Mr. Gwilliam is responsible for the execution of the strategic capital investments made by the Executive Team at Cisterra while overseeing the underwriting, due diligence and acquisition process. Prior to joining Cisterra, Mr. Gwilliam was a Principal with Integra Medical Properties where he oversaw the development, acquisition and leasing of medical properties throughout the US.

Mr. Gwilliam’s experience also includes Chelsea Investment Corporation where he was involved with acquisitions and development of low income housing tax credit affordable multi-family housing projects and Marcus & Millichap as a member of a brokerage team in the National Retail Group .

Mr. Gwilliam is a 2006 graduate of the University of San Diego’s Masters of Science in Real Estate Program with high honors and recipient of the Earnest W. Hahn Memorial Scholarship. He received a BS in Financial Services with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 2005.
